Robert Baccalieri II

Actor Steven R. Schirripa plays the part of Robert Baccalieri who he is better known as Bobby Bacala. Bobby is a family man, he loved and was devoted to his wife Karen and their two children Robert Baccalieri III and Sophia. Sadly his wife Karen died in a car accident and it devastated him. It devastated him to the point that he almost suffers a breakdown.

Karen’s death came not too long after the death of his father with whom he had a very close relationship. So tragedy upon tragedy was almost overwhelming for him, but Janice Soprano used devious means to get his attention and some time after that they were married.

Before Karen died, Janice Soprano who is Tony Soprano’s sister, was involved in another relationship, but when she realize that Bobby was now a widower she made her more. She did this in the guise of helping him through his grief, but when she realized that she was not getting the results that she had wanted, she turned to his children. She exposed them to the Ouija Board. The experience with this game really shock the kids up and then she turned to Bobby and claimed that basically it was the way in which he was handling their mom’s death is what had them that way.

So wanting the best for his kid, he listen to her and begun to move on. They were married and she gives birth to their child Domenica. She was Bobby’s third child, but the second child for Janice. However Bobby does not know about the business with the Ouija Board.

Bobby’s weight has been the object of much ridicule, but this has not discouraged him and the fact is many times he has used it to his advantage. Bobby is an easy going kind of a guy, but when the times requires it he will do what ever it takes to get the job done. Junior Soprano is his immediate boss, but recently Tony has been demanding that he produce more than he has been producing. Tony thought that bobby was not carrying his share of the income because they were now in laws. So Bobby sought to prove him wrong.

Then when Bobby was doing his regular rounds of collection a street gang attacked him. They robbed him and then fire a gunshot closed to his face causing pieces of the concrete to injure one of his eyes. They resulted in him having to undergo a Cornea Transplant surgery. Nevertheless Bobby made sure that Tony had gotten his share of the money.
